Chairman Chuck Mills

President, Mills Machine Company

Chuck is a 3rd generation custom manufacturer of earth drilling tools, bits and related accessories for the Water Well, Environmental, Geo-Thermal, Construction and Mining Industries. He is deeply committed to creating an environment for business to thrive in the State of Oklahoma in order to provide wealth creation and a better quality of life for all Oklahomans.

Vice Chair Eric Kunkel, CPA

Founding Partner, CCK Strategies

Eric Kunkel is a Founding Partner of CCK Strategies, PLLC. He is a Certified Public
Accountant, Certified in Financial Forensics, Accredited in Business Valuation, and a
Certified Valuation Analyst. He is a graduate of the University of Tulsa, with a BSBA and
an MBA. His major areas of practice include: income tax planning and compliance;
foreign and international tax matters; upstream and midstream oil and gas companies;
business valuation; multi-state tax matters; estate and gift tax planning; and audit and
financial accounting services.
As an appointed member of the Oklahoma District Export Council by the U.S. Secretary
of Commerce, and its Vice-Chair, Eric has led CCK’s work with clients in export and
international services areas. CCK has received the following recognition: 2023
Governor’s Award for Excellence in Exporting; 2020 President’s “E” Star Award for
Export Service, 2017 U.S. SBA Exporter of the Year State of Oklahoma &
Region VI; 2016 President’s “E” Award for Export Service, 2016 Governor’s
Award for Excellence in Exporting and 2015 Export Achievement Certificate.

Vice Chair Sharina Perry– Founder/ Inventor- Utopia Plastix

CEO, Managing Partner- Utopia Model Companies

Sharina Perry is an entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience establishing and running national businesses. Sharina is the founder and inventor of Utopia Plastix, a plant-based alternative to petroleum-based polymers. Sharina is also the originator and developer of The Utopia Model, a sustainable ecosystem business model. She is well
regarded as an innovator, strategist, and unconventional thinker. She is often praised for her exceptional capacity to foster creative thinking, effective execution, and deliberate leadership.

Treasurer Ashley Allen

Vice President and International Banking Manager, Arvest Bank

Ashley Allen graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Master of Business Administration, in addition to holding a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma. Ashley is experienced in all aspects of international banking and trade finance, including import and export commercial letters of credit, international and domestic standby letters of credit, documentary collections, and foreign currency advisory services.
