Juan Carlos Caiza Rosero is a senior international consultant with more than 20 years of experience advising governments, multilateral development banks, and international organizations on public policy, infrastructure development, sustainable growth, and international cooperation. His work focuses on designing and implementing development strategies aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with deep expertise in infrastructure financing, green growth, climate and energy policy, urban development, and international diplomacy.
